New Voices: Freedom of the Press for High School Journalists

The University of Georgia School of Law’s First Amendment Clinic will host a free presentation about the New Voices student press movement on Tuesday, April 27 at 4 p.m.

The 20-minute virtual presentation via Zoom will explore the state of high school press freedoms and what can be done to protect the rights of student journalists and their advisers.

Publication advisers may email GSPA at gspa@uga.edu to receive the Zoom link, which can then be passed along to student journalists. Students, please alert your advisers to this opportunity if you wish to participate.
