Memberships
No refunds will be given for paid annual memberships for GSPA; however, a membership may be transferred to a different adviser from the same school at no additional cost.
Events
GSPA event registrations may be canceled or changed up to the registration deadline for a full refund (100 percent). After the registration deadline, no cancellations or changes to the number of registrations will be allowed, there will be no refunds for any reason, and the full amount owed will be due.
GSPA will issue full refunds if an event is canceled by the organization.
Contests
No refunds of GSPA contest entry fees will be given for any reason after the entries have been received by the GSPA office.
Sponsorships
No refunds will be given for paid sponsorships for any reason.
