Opportunity: Latino Youth Leadership Conference

The Latin American Association will host its 21st annual Latino Youth Leadership Conference virtually this year. The two-day event for middle and high school students across Georgia takes place Oct. 29 and 31 and is free to attend. Registration is required.

In addition to a keynote address from motivational speaker Gabe Salazar, the event will feature a college and career fair. The college fair begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31. The event will provide students the opportunity to develop leadership skills and explore career options.

The Latino Youth Leadership Conference is open to students, parents, teachers, school staff and mentors.
