On-the-Spot Photo Contest winners named from Fall 2022 Conference
/On Sept. 20, 2022, students attended the Fall Conference at the Tate Student Center in Athens, GA. Fifteen entrants explored the theme of “Dimensions” for the On-the-Spot Photography Contest. The judges had a hard time choosing the finalist, as everyone did a spectacular job! The winners are as follows:
First Place: Harmony Crossland, North Springs High School, 9th grade

Second Place: Bryson Films, Grayson High School, Aries yearbook, 12th grade

Third Place: Caroline Franklin, McIntosh High School, 10th grade

Third Place Photo by Caroline Franklin: Anxiety is one of the most common mental illnesses in teens today. Anxiety can be described as a dark place you go when you can’t breathe. A dark place you go with your thoughts. A place where no one can reach you and you are lost in time. Anxiety is a dimension, one you may not leave.
