Mark your calendars for the 2020 GSPA Fall Conference, which is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 22, at The Classic Center in downtown Athens. The event will include a general session with a keynote speaker followed by several rounds of concurrent sessions covering a wide range of topics of importance to scholastic journalists and advisers.

News editors will be given the opportunity to meet with an expert to get a critique of their publications. The critiques will last 20 minutes each and will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Advisers will sign up in advance for critiques. They will submit a copy of their publication or a link in advance along with an information sheet to serve as a guide for the professional on what the staff hopes to discuss during the critique session.

While we are hopeful that we will be able to network and skill build in-person, we will continue to monitor COVID-19 and provide updates on the Fall Conference webpage as they become available.
